The 2009 “It’s a Wonderful House” Tour of Homes at Chateau Elan will feature a walking tour of the Village at Chateau Elan.  Six private homes, fully decorated for the holidays, will be open for touring. Click here to learn more about each of these homes.  Each of the remaining seventy-five homes in this picturesque Village will feature imaginative exterior holiday design.  Also included will be a variety of dining, shopping and musical entertainment, all carefully planned to create a magical wonderland celebrating the best of the season.

The 2009 Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles Christmas House is now open on West Wesley Road in Buckhead and features holiday inspired rooms by the best designers in Atlanta.  This year's house features six beautifully decorated tablescapes dressed for the holidays with beautiful china, decorative linens, unique floral designs and amazing crystal and flatware. There will be various special events going on and the house can  be rented for your next holiday party!  Admission is $20.00, and the proceeds benefit the Alliance Children's Theatre.  The home is currently available for sale at $5,000,000.

The Candler Park Neighborhood Association presents it's Annual Fall Fest and Tour of Homes.  The Fall Fest will include a road race, an artists market, children's activities, food and music.  The festival will be at Candler Park on McLendon Avenue.  The Tour of Homes will be Sunday only and will feature eight homes this year.

The Castleberry Hill Neighborhood Association presents it's 8th annual Loft Tour.  Castleberry Hill is a registered historic district and Atlanta’s eighth officially designated Landmark District. The neighborhood is located on the southwestern edge of Downtown just south of the Georgia Dome and CNN Center and is home to some of Atlanta's hippest residents.  The housing stock consists of "true" loft living with a sprinkle of new construction.  Most of the buildings used to be warehouses and plants for various industries that supported downtown Atlanta.  This is a must see!

The 36th annual Grant Park Tour of Homes will feature 13 residences plus four special neighborhood stops including Oakland Cemetery, Kairos Church, Park Avenue Baptist Church and Intown Healthy Hound.  Homes featured on this year's tour include historic bungalows, new construction and modern condominiums.  This year's theme is "Atlanta's Backyard" - check out living around Atlanta's oldest, surviving parks - you might be surprised by what's in your own backyard!  Take a sneak peek of what the tour has to offer!
